General Return Policy :
For all online orders you may return your Dolley’s Couture gown for free withing 7 days of receipt, after contacting us at enquires@dolleyscouture.com Please ensure that the package is unworn and carefully packaged in it original packaging without any damage or stain.
We have implemented strict quality control measures to ensure that all products meet our high standards before being shipped to our customers.
Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s).
Please note that we only accept products in their original condition, and we cannot process any products that are returned without our prior knowledge.
Colour Errors: If the colour of the item received is not what was ordered, you are qualified to get a full refund.

Exchange policy : 
We don’t offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, we advise you to return your unwanted items and place a new order.

Your Responsibility : 
Please note that it is your responsibility to make sure that the return items are packed up properly and returned without any damage on the way in order to get your full refund.
Dolley’s Couture is not responsible for any items that are returned by mistakes.

Returning and Refund : 
If you return an item within 14 days of it being delivered to you in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or wash, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.
All tags must remain in place and the items must be returned in their original packaging.

Dolley’s Couture cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of the returned goods during shipping.

Production: we carefully select high-quality fabrics from high end bridal fabric suppliers along with high quality threads and embellishments to construct every dress. We also ensure that every piece colour and texture is of high quality and meets your standards.
Many of our dresses features elaborate embellishments, we spend long hours on each piece to hand sew embellishments to create a perfect, elegant and classic design for our brides to be. Our dresses also have beautiful and perfectly done hand embroidery and appliques to give that extra detail and a breathtaking look. Our dresses are fully lined and structured to flatter your figure.

Measurement tips and requirements: we strongly suggest that you have your measurements taken by professional tailor or yourself by following the guide below. Take your measurements barefoot. Do not measure over clothing excepts undergarments.
